Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ddk11 website located at https://ddk11.cam/ ("Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by ddk11 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of this Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ddk11. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using this Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ddk11 is an English-language online betting information platform. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmed support for gambling transactions by those providers.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ddk11 website at https://ddk11.cam/ and all associated sub-pages, services and content.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, match offer, free bet, cashback, reload or other incentive offered by ddk11, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before certain account actions (including withdrawals) can be processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory framework and compliance procedures applied to financial transactions on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan. All monetary examples in these Terms and on the Platform use PKR unless stated otherwise.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the features available in a User's account to manage gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, self-exclusion and cooling-off periods.
• "Intellectual Property" means all content, logos, trademarks, code, design assets and materials on this Platform owned by or licensed to ddk11.

Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on ddk11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an existing registered User who has previously had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a currently active cooling-off period with this Platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.
7. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or bonuses.

Users from Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are welcome to access this Platform subject to these eligibility conditions and applicable local law. ddk11 does not represent that use of this Platform is legal in any specific Pakistani jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of ddk11, you must complete the account registration process by providing a valid email address, mobile number and any other information requested during registration. You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete and current, and that you will update your details promptly if they change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication details). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ddk11 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

ddk11 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS or any other communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team without complying.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using ddk11, you agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• Violates any applicable national, provincial or local law or regulation, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any subsequent amendments.
• Involves fraudulent activity, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or manipulating games or betting markets.
• Involves the use of automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Involves collusion with other users, match-fixing, or any form of betting syndicate activity intended to exploit promotional offers or game integrity.
• Constitutes bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms in bad faith, or systematically wagering in a manner designed to circumvent rollover requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Involves any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the underlying technology of this Platform.
• Harasses, threatens, defames or otherwise harms ddk11 staff, other Users, or third parties through use of the Platform's communication features.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of ddk11 or any third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus-related transactions — are processed in accordance with our payment procedures and the following terms.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. An illustrative minimum is PKR 1,000, though actual minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Deposits are processed only through payment channels made available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Availability of specific payment methods — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is not guaranteed and may vary. These names are referenced for contextual familiarity only.
• ddk11 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made under active bonuses may be subject to additional terms outlined in the relevant promotional offer.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of request. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus balances may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Where withdrawal requests are subject to AML review, additional documentation may be requested. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and applies to all users regardless of location.
• ddk11 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account policy breach, or pending verification.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC, ETH and USDT) are made available on the Platform, they are subject to the following additional conditions:

• Cryptocurrency transactions require a minimum number of network confirmations before funds are credited. This may take from minutes to over an hour depending on network congestion.
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. The PKR-equivalent value of deposited cryptocurrency may differ between the time of deposit and the time of settlement.
• ddk11 does not represent that cryptocurrency deposits are legal, available or appropriate in Pakistan. Users must verify applicable local regulations before transacting in cryptocurrency.
• Transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses cannot be recovered. Always verify deposit addresses carefully.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ddk11 may offer promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any additional specific terms attached to the individual offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in cumulative stakes before withdrawal eligibility.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, maximum individual stakes apply (illustrative example: PKR 500 per bet or spin). Placing bets above the maximum limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%). Sports bets contribute based on minimum odds requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from them are cashable. Non-sticky (cashable) bonuses may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met. The applicable type will be stated in the offer terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotional offers cap the maximum withdrawal derived from bonus play (illustrative example: PKR 5,000 maximum cash-out regardless of winnings amount). This applies irrespective of actual winnings achieved.
• Minimum Deposit to Qualify: Bonuses typically require a qualifying deposit to activate (illustrative minimum: PKR 1,000). Deposits below the threshold do not trigger the offer.

All bonus figures presented on this Platform are illustrative examples only and not guaranteed live promotions. Always verify current offer details on the Platform before depositing.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets, live betting, virtual sports and any other wagering activities available on the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets in progress or pending at the time of connection interruption may be voided at ddk11's discretion.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed by the system are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed at the point of bet placement. ddk11 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake limits on individual User accounts at its sole discretion.
• Error Correction: If a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds (e.g., odds significantly out of line with the true probability of an outcome), ddk11 reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled.
• Event Cancellation / Postponement: Bets on cancelled events are typically voided and stakes returned. Postponed events (e.g., Pakistan cricket matches delayed by weather) are handled in accordance with our market-specific settlement rules, which are available within the Platform.
• Settlement of Bets: All bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant sporting authority. In the case of cricket, this includes the ICC and official PSL governing bodies. Live score disputes are resolved using official scorecards.
• Integrity Concerns: ddk11 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, delay or withhold settlement, and void bets where there are reasonable grounds to suspect betting integrity issues, including match-fixing or suspicious market movements.

Responsible Gambling

ddk11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide tools and information to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. However, it is ultimately the User's responsibility to gamble responsibly and within their means.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are made available to registered Users through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logout triggers based on session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which your account remains registered but inactive.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent closure of your account during the exclusion period.

By using this Platform, you confirm that gambling is a personal choice made freely, for entertainment purposes only. You confirm that you are not participating under the influence of substances that impair your judgement, and that you are not using funds that are needed for essential living expenses.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software code, design elements and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of ddk11 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Any right to access or scrape content from the Platform using automated means, including bots, crawlers or data-mining tools, without express prior written consent.
• Any right to modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise alter the Platform's content.
• Any right to frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in the termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ddk11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical errors, system failures or third-party service interruptions.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, bonus details or educational content.
• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, ddk11's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage and processing of personal data provided by Users is governed by ddk11's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using this Platform and creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key data-related commitments include:

• We collect only the personal information necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations and protect the Platform's integrity.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

Account Termination & Suspension

ddk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other form of dishonest conduct.
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• A regulatory or legal requirement obliges us to do so.
• You have engaged in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform, its users or its integrity.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to our standard payment procedures and KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

ddk11 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Displaying a notice on the Platform informing users of the update.
• Where practical, notifying registered users by email of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ddk11 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

ddk11 does not represent that this Platform is available for use or that its use is lawful in all jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you are doing so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
